Group UX Specialist here is where your challenge starts:
The thrill of excitement you feel during a live entertainment show with your family or friends. The anticipation before the show, waiting for that curtain to rise, and the enjoyment afterwards. It's moments like these that make life magical.
At Stage Entertainment, we believe we can bring the experience of live entertainment to the online world. We have decided to bring this into reality via our website platform, optimizing the customer journey. And we are passionate about making this online experience as magical as possible.
As the Group UX Specialist, you will work in an international, agile and exciting environment that is driving to bring the best-in-class customer- and digital experiences for musical visitors. You will join a growing and evolving eCommerce team, where you will work in close collaboration with the Group CRO Lead alongside eCommerce experts and local multi-disciplinary teams. You are the ideal candidate if you bring relevant experience alongside passion for optimizing the eCommerce experience. 

Specific responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRO Lead to drive the UX strategy, spanning from research and ideation to supporting the platform and local teams with iterative prototyping and delivery cycles for experimentation.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that are designed with a consistent, user-centered approach.
  • Develop detailed user personas and journey maps to guide the experimentation design processes.
  • Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing and market analysis to gather insights and inform experimentation decisions.
  • Analyse user data and feedback to identify continuous opportunities for optimizing the website platform’s user experience, in close collaboration with the CRO Specialist and Web Analyst.
  • Define and report on UX performance KPIs, share best practices and present recommendations to local teams, developers and the Group CRO Lead.
  • Foster a user-centered and experimentation-driven environment across different departments, to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences.

Qualifications and experience:

  • a degree or comparable training with a focus on marketing, UX design, market research, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma for designing mock-ups and wireframes.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong experience in the selection and application of user research, user research tooling and testing methods.
  • You see the value in taking an iterative design and experimentation approach.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage as well as content management systems.
