As the Group Web Analyst, you will work in an international, agile and exciting environment that is driving to bring the best-in-class customer- and digital experiences for musical visitors. You will join a growing and evolving eCommerce team, where you will work in close collaboration with the Group CRO Lead alongside eCommerce experts and local multi-disciplinary teams. You are the ideal candidate if you bring relevant experience alongside passion for optimizing the eCommerce experience.
Specific responsibilities as Group Web Analyst:
- Manage and maintain website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Perform in-depth analysis of website data, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders (using Google Looker Studio and PowerBi).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, development) to provide data-driven and optimized website implementation recommendations.
- Conduct user research, to gain insights into user preferences and behavior.
- Monitor website performance metrics (e.g., page load speed, mobile responsiveness) and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and user experience.
- Efficiently configure and maintain tags across all digital properties by leveraging the capabilities of Google Tag Manager.
- Guarantee precise data gathering for a diverse range of essential third-party tools, including Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, and JavaScript snippets.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with cookie and data tracking regulations.
This is what you bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in web analytics.
- Minimum 1-2 years specifically supporting website testing (A/B and multivariate) and conversion rate optimization activities.
- Strong expertise in web analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Exhibit an analytical mindset with a track record of unearthing quality insights, creatively visualising those and a drive to action solutions in response to customer behaviour.
- Expertise in managing and tracking customer's personal data.
- A solid foundation in tag management and event triggering essential for effective data collection in web metrics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website performance and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
