TOUCHING HEARTS CREATING MEMORIES

We are a leading global theater production company producing musicals across Europe, with 16 theaters in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy, plus offices in the UK. We bring some of the world’s best-known musicals to the stage, developed by international partners and their creative teams, including Disney's The Lion King, MJ the Musical, and Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

We also create our own original productions, such as Anastasia and TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, sharing them worldwide through tours and licensing. We also have our own in-house ticketing system, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

With around 2,000 employees, we are committed to exceptional shows and a welcoming experience for all. If you want to be part of a creative, dynamic team that brings the magic of theater to life worldwide, we’d love to hear from you!

About our IT Team

Our Global IT department has grown rapidly from 15 to 50 people in just three years — and we’re not done yet. We are a truly international team spread across six countries, working as one global unit. We operate in Scrum, think in products, and act as a valued business partner. IT at Stage Entertainment is not a back-office function: we sit at the table where strategic decisions are made. The Intelligence Center is where data becomes insight. This team builds and maintains the data infrastructure, pipelines, and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making across the business — from ticket sales forecasting to marketing performance and financial reporting.

The Role

As Data Engineer, you design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that makes data accessible, reliable, and usable across Stage Entertainment. What you’ll do

- Design and develop data models aligned with business requirements.

- Build and maintain data pipelines to move data from various sources into BigQuery using Fivetran.

- Develop ETL processes to cleanse, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.

- Manage and optimize the BigQuery data warehouse for performance and efficiency.

- Implement data governance policies and security measures.

- Continuously monitor data pipelines and storage systems; optimize for quality and speed.

- Collaborate with reporting specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders
