(Workday) HCM Application Consultant
As a (Workday) HCM Application Consultant, you will be part of the Center of Excellence Finance, HR & Legal, which owns and develops the IT systems supporting these domains across the Stage Entertainment Group.
In this role, you are responsible for owning, improving, supporting, and continuously optimizing our HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday HCM. You work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors across an international environment to ensure our systems deliver maximum value and a great user experience for our colleagues.

Experienced Workday professionals, and
HR / IT system specialists who bring strong HR process knowledge and system experience and are motivated to grow into a Workday expert.
What you’ll do
Proactively improve the use, quality, and value of our HCM systems
Configure and implement changes using SCRUM / agile ways of working
Translate business needs into system requirements, processes, and integrations
Participate in projects and coordinate smaller initiatives
Provide daily application support (incidents, service requests, troubleshooting)
Maintain and support integrations with other systems
Align closely with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with IT architecture, privacy, and security standards
Test changes and coordinate user acceptance testing
Empower users through training, documentation, and guidance
Act as the bridge between business, HR, technology, and vendors
What you bring
Experience with HRIS applications (Workday HCM is a strong plus, but not a must)
Solid understanding of HR processes and how systems support them
Experience working with IT systems, configurations, integrations, or application support
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive mindset, ownership, and accountability
The ability to balance long-term thinking (architecture, scalability, sustainability) with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Fluency in English (Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus)
Curiosity, learning agility, and the motivation to continuously develop your expertise
