Here is where your challenge starts:

As a Ticketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our international ticketing operations. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving ticketing setups within AudienceView Unlimited across multiple markets.


Acting as the first point of contact for ticketing-related questions and issues, you will work closely with local teams and our international Ticketing Center of Excellence to ensure accurate configurations, reliable system performance, and a seamless customer experience.


This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract for six months, with the possibility of extension.


Specific responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain productions, performances, seating plans, pricing structures, promotions, bundles, and other ticketing elements within AudienceView Unlimited.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ticketing-related questions, tasks, and operational issues across multiple countries.
  • Troubleshoot ticketing issues and coordinate escalation to specialized support teams when required.
  • Perform testing and quality checks to ensure accurate event setup, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys.
  • Monitor ticketing configurations and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of ticketing processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Support local teams by providing guidance, training, and user support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across markets to ensure consistency in ticketing standards and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticketing operations and share recommendations with the Ticketing Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the international ticketing community.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant experience in ticketing operations, system administration, event configuration, or a comparable operational support role.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms; knowledge of AudienceView Unlimited is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of ticketing processes, seat mapping, pricing structures, promotions, and event configuration.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform structured testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or a completed commercial, technical, or IT-related vocational education.
  • Experience in ticketing, live entertainment, or a comparable operational environment.
